Tim's Story

The summer of 2010 I was on a quest for an additional income opportunity.  I was looking at a couple of opportunities when I came across Reliv. Then I learned that a friend of mine had just begun with Reliv and he told me why. 

I was very interested but I still proceeded cautiously because over the last three years I had tried other “income” opportunities and to say the least they left scars. So I skeptically took the next step and purchased product from him. 

I needed to try this before I was ready to believe.

Within the first couple of days I noticed an increase in energy. Next I was sleeping much more soundly.  I fell asleep faster and didn’t wake up two or three times during the night.

One of the reasons that I would wake at night was due to chronic low back pain.  I would wake to change positions frequently.  I couldn’t stay in bed for more than 6 hours because it would become too uncomfortable.

I also suffered from sinusitis and intense headaches.  I didn’t leave the house without pseudoephedrine and ibuprofen in my pocket because I never knew when I would get a crusher of a headache from a sinus flare up. 

At about the two week mark I woke one morning and experienced a sinus evacuation like I had never experienced before. Bizarre looking stuff was coming out of my sinuses. It felt like a weight was being lifted off my forehead.  That continued for a few days and each day the heavy feeling that I have carried around in my forehead for years was lifting.  I could breath freely again.  My sinuses had been so bad that I had to use a CPAP to sleep.

Before the first month was over I was so excited about what I was experiencing that I was ready to invest in the business.

I invested at the highest profit level, which is 40%, for two reasons:

1. I wanted my wife and 7 children to use the products and this level is the most economical way to do that.
2. It just made good business sense.  I could’ve made a smaller investment and started at 20% but I would have been doing the same amount of work and earning ½ the income.  Again that just didn’t make sense.
3. In addition, it is a very low-risk, nominal investment.  Reliv gives you a 12 month, no questions asked, 90% buy back on your initial investment.  I have either been a business manager or owned my own businesses over the last 20+ years and I have never come across a business that will give you 12 months to decide if you like it.  90 cents on the dollar buy back of your initial investment. That is just unheard of.
4. A business with very low overhead, almost non existent and no employees to manage.

Improvements continued over the next two months.  I haven’t felt this good in 15 years.  At my full time job it doesn’t matter whether I work in the office all day or out on a job site operating equipment doing physical labor I still have energy to do this business, do the things I need to do with the family, workout daily and be active with my Knights of Columbus Council.

My business income is growing every month.  In the Reliv opportunity presentation they say that you are in business for yourself but not by yourself.  This is truer than I ever imagined.  Every person that I have met through Reliv has been more than willing to help me in any way they know how.  It doesn’t seem to matter whether I’m in their downline organization or not they offer their time and share their knowledge.
